Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To use CC Marketers, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access most Platform features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, connection programs, or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

3. TriLink Commerce System

3.1 System Overview

Our TriLink Commerce system connects three parties: businesses seeking promotion, marketers promoting those businesses, and end consumers. The system facilitates verified connections and transparent transactions.

3.2 For Business Owners

Businesses using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and business operations
• Submit required documentation for verification (business licenses, tax information, etc.)
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Honor pricing and terms advertised through the Platform
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve disputes professionally
• Pay agreed-upon commissions to marketers in a timely manner
• Not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal business practices

3.3 For Marketers and Earners

Marketers and earners agree to:

• Complete tasks honestly and according to provided instructions
• Promote businesses truthfully without making false or misleading claims
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or unethical marketing practices
• Disclose their relationship with CC Marketers when required by law
• Not manipulate metrics, create fake engagement, or use bots
• Respect intellectual property rights of businesses and content creators
• Build their network through genuine connections, not coercion or deception

4. Earnings, Commissions, and Payments

4.1 Earning Opportunities

Users may earn money through task completion, successful connections, network building, and affiliate marketing. Specific earning opportunities and rates are subject to change at our discretion.

4.2 No Guarantee of Earnings

IMPORTANT: We make no guarantees regarding earnings potential. Your success depends on factors including but not limited to: effort, time invested, marketing skills, network size, market conditions, and business performance. Any earnings examples or testimonials are not typical and do not guarantee you will achieve similar results.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed according to our published payment schedule
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply
• Payment processing may take 3-14 business days depending on method
• You are responsible for any bank fees, transfer charges, or currency conversion costs
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraud or violation of Terms is suspected
• Tax reporting and compliance is your responsibility

4.4 Chargebacks and Refunds

Earnings from tasks or commissions are generally non-refundable. However, we may reverse payments if tasks were not completed according to specifications, fraud is detected, or businesses dispute the quality of services rendered.

5. Business Verification and Compliance

5.1 Verification Process

All businesses must undergo verification before being listed on our Platform. We verify legal compliance, business legitimacy, and ethical standards. However, verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of business success.

5.2 Ongoing Compliance

Businesses must maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to re-verify businesses periodically and remove non-compliant businesses from the Platform.

5.3 Prohibited Businesses

The following types of businesses are prohibited:

• Illegal products or services
• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or illegal multi-level marketing
• Adult content or services
• Gambling or betting (where prohibited by law)
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations
• Cryptocurrency schemes or unregistered securities
• Hate speech, discrimination, or violence promotion
• Any business that violates our ethical standards or applicable laws

6. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating fake accounts, using bots, or automating tasks
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, manipulation, or deception
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• Spamming, harassment, or sending unsolicited communications
• Violating intellectual property rights or terms of third-party platforms
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise Platform security
• Using the Platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Manipulating connection or gaming commission structures
• Posting false reviews, testimonials, or misleading information
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or verification requirements
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Interfering with other users' ability to use the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and functionality, is owned by CC Marketers or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (including business listings, marketing materials, reviews, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for Platform operation and promotion.

7.3 Trademark

"CC Marketers," our logo, and other marks are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Platform "As Is"

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8.2 No Business Guarantee

While we verify businesses for legal compliance, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any business, product, or service listed on the Platform. Users engage with businesses at their own risk.

8.3 Third-Party Interactions

We are not responsible for your interactions with other users, businesses, or third parties. Any disputes should be resolved directly between the parties involved.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CC MARKETERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (₦100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CC Marketers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of third parties; or (d) your conduct in connection with the Platform.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at considerateclub@gmail.com. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending earnings below the minimum withdrawal threshold.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct
• Failure to verify identity or business information
• Prolonged inactivity
• At our sole discretion for operational or legal reasons

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us at considerateclub@gmail.com to seek informal resolution of any dispute. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ogun State, Nigeria.

11.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Changes become effective immediately upon posting for new users, and 30 days after posting for existing users.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and terminate your account.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CC Marketers regarding the Platform.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, or internet service provider failures.
